What is LED soft display module?
The soft led display module is relative to the conventional LED display module. The conventional led display module is made of a hard board PCB board and a bottom shell mask, without any softness, and a hard board. In the case of radian and bending, it is either unusable or requires special processes such as chamfering, but the cost will increase a lot, and the process is not perfect.
The led soft display module was developed to solve the above problems. The led soft and flexible module is also called the led flexible screen and the led soft screen, because the module is relatively soft, foldable and bendable.
The LED soft display module is the same as the conventional LED electronic screen in the display principle, the difference is that the flexible PCB and bottom cover are used, which makes the module very soft and can be folded 120 degrees.
So where are the LED soft modules used?
1 Curved LED display screen:
If it is an inner arc LED display and the arc is not very large, it is better to do it, as long as it is made into an arc when making the display steel structure, it can be installed with a conventional indoor display module. However, if the inner arc is relatively large, or the outer arc is relatively large, then it is impossible to make it with a conventional display module, and it is very easy to make it with a LED soft module.
2 Cylindrical led display screens:
In some hotels, conference rooms, bars, etc., there are many pillars in the lobbies that are cylindrical. Designers will lower these pillars and design them into led display screens, and play some special videos to improve the decoration grade or create a special atmosphere. Conventional led screens are very complicated to make, and LED soft modules are very handy.
